His career spans more than 20 years of experience in several business auditing roles.
As an expert and specialist for cyber security services he has worked over many years alongside many companies’ in-house IT departments. From initial verification on IT security related technical assurance to verification of cyber security frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022, John Mark takes a holistic approach to cyber security and information security to help our clients with 3rd party verification on all aspects of ISO27001 requirements throughout all stages of the cyber security risk management lifecycle. During his long career, he was in charge of Reviews & Approvals for ISMS, SSIP, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), QMS, EMS, OHSAS & CoC. As champion auditor and assessor for evaluations on ISMS, he is pride to ensuring clients implement best practice in all they do. John Mark is a licensed SSIP Assessor, and expert in data manipulation, overlay, query and information management, as well as HEMP, FEMA, TRIPOD BETA & DELTA, and Risk Assessments for Major Schemes. Mr. Jasper is an international experienced ISO Certification Consultant, Trainer and Lead Auditor specialized in harmonized implementation of ISO compliant Integrated Management Systems in combination with other ISO standards, e.g. ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, NIST, CMMI, CMMC and AS9100D Aerospace management systems. Robert has also lots of implementation experience of ISO45001:2018, ISO13485:2016/FDA/GMP, or IATF 16949:2016. With more than 20 years of experience in liasoning with 3rd party registration bodies on ISO Certification projects he has gained a high sense for compliance working with worldwide client, as well as government funded EU project or NATO.

ISO 27001:2022 IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT
Poonam is a ISO 27001:2022 Implementation Consultant, Auditor and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst with many years of Information Technology experience in the banking and financial industry. Her key strengths include requirements gathering, ISO 27001 process analysis, implementation project planning, tracking and delivery; estimation; IT issue and risk management; ISO 27001 documentation preparation inclusive setting up robust reporting, measurement, escalation and communication mechanisms within an Information Security Management System (ISMS). Poonam has high expertise in web application development, client-server and multi-layered architecture system testing. With high focus on improvements to existing processes she is experienced in performing audits on system design, development and product verification testing on control systems, software, hardware, and equipment based on the ISO 27001:2013 standard requirements.
Ponam has participated in software design, prototyping, construction, and testing of new or enhanced applications for the banking industry, including Use Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagram development (Use Case diagrams, Sequence diagrams and Activity diagrams) for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software systems. Working and communicating effectively over may years with software developers, and product managers let's her understand every implementation problem. Knowledge of iterative development frameworks and In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) round up her "Hands-on" IT consulting portfolio.
